I have two separate lines of Pedigreed Standard Rex Rabbits.
They are raised in a colony with does and bucks separate with very large outside run and spacious barn accommodations. Their diet consists of mostly hay supplemented with pellets, alfalfa cubes and fresh garden and lawn pickings.
We're a microfarm in SE Wisconsin raising organic fed Silver Fox rabbits exclusively. We also raise Ancona ducks, chickens, guineas, bees, and veggies/fruit of course.
I raise New Zealand Mix and New Zealand/Californian mix rabbits. I breed them for optimal meat production for quick weight growth and high meat to bone ratio. I offer the best of my stock for meat breeders to hand pick. Rabbits are handled daily to ensure easy handling for grooming and breeding. Rabbit kits (babies) are handled daily to be docile, cuddly, and their hearty adult size makes them a wonderful family pet.

I started raising Silver Fox rabbits in spring of 2011 and enjoyed it so much I've kept at it ever since. :) Currently developing the chocolate and lilac lines - in addition to the standard blacks and blues.
