We have a small rabbitry here on our regenerative homestead, breeding purebred white New Zealand rabbits. Our weaned kits are pasture raised. We mix our own feed consisting of organic whole grains and alfalfa (soy free and corn free), and never use any GMO's or chemically treated hay or grains.
The TAMU-K (Texas A&M University - Kingsville) COMPOSITE breed has the ability to produce year-round - even in our heat and humidity! Their fast growth rate, easy demeanor, and array of colors makes them our choice for homestead production!
